1. Transaction limits apply. Under federal rules, you are allowed up to six pre-authorized withdrawals per monthly statement cycle, including telephone or electronic transfers. There is no limit on deposits or the number of withdrawals you can make at an ATM, by mail, or at a Patriot Bank branch.
2. Interest rates are variable and determined daily at Patriot Bank's discretion. Account fees may reduce earnings.
3. Receipts are required for ATM surcharge refund. Receipts must be received within 60 calendar days of ATM transaction in order to qualify for refund.
4. Wallet or duplicate checks available. Limit one box per order.
5. Primary account holder must be over the age of 55. Other owners/signers can be any age.
