FREEDOM REMITTANCE
Freedom Remittance is designed to reduce a corporate customer's daily workload and help decrease the collection time of receivables. This service allows you to automate your account receivables. Patriot Bank acts on behalf of the corporate customer to process deposits received through an assigned post office box held by the bank. This post office box is then assigned to you and is used on the invoices and statements so payment can be remitted to this address. Patriot Bank receives the payments from a regional mail-processing center and deposits the money for you daily. A file or report is created and transmitted to your office so it may update the receivable files either electronically or manually.

Freedom Remittance assists you in getting your deposits to the bank. With a remittance service, all of your payments come directly to the bank and are posted into your account on date of receipt. How it works

• Patriot Bank of Texas has an affiliation with a correspondent bank that allows a commercial customer to make deposits at any of that bank's locations.
• Transfers are initiated daily to move funds from the correspondent bank to your Patriot Bank of Texas account.

ZERO BALANCE ACCOUNTS
Have multiple accounts with Patriot Bank? You can prevent funds from sitting idly by using Zero Balance Accounts (ZBA), which allows you to keep a zero balance in some accounts, such as petty cash or payroll, and a higher, predetermined balance in another, such as an operating account or money market. ZBAs can be used to maximize efficient usage of funds through pooling of cash resources and can be used in conjunction with other Sweep Accounts.
